Rachel Early
Solicitor and Head of Child Care
Rachel is the head of the child care department at Pearson and has worked in this area of law for over 25 years.
She represents children, parents and other family members in the most complex of child care proceedings involving allegations of sexual abuse, physical abuse, drug and alcohol issues and neglect.
Rachel also represents children in complex private law proceedings working alongside a child's guardian.
She is a very experienced advocate and undertakes the advocacy throughout the cases she is undertaking.
Rachel is a member of The Children Panel which recognises her expertise in this area of law.
