Milli Royston
Milli is a member of our busy Personal Injury Department supporting the team in administration and is often the first point of contact for clients wanting to instruct our solicitors
She joined Pearson after completing an A-Level qualification in law and is now working in house and hoping to develop her studies towards a Degree Apprenticeship in Law.
Her day to day role consists of:
- Speaking with clients on the phone and arranging a meeting with one of our legal team.
- Taking on new enquiries.
- Drafting letters and making sure our clients are kept up to date, as well as liaising with the various professionals involved in cases.
She is relishing the challenge of her role and says:
I wanted to pursue a career in Law as I felt it was catered to my personal attributes, I enjoy constantly learning new things and encountering different scenarios, along with having a desire to help people where I can. I thoroughly enjoyed studying law it during my A-Levels and am now gaining a better understanding of how the legal system works.
In her spare time Millie enjoys the gym, socialising with family and friends and reading.
