Mia Bradley
Mia is part of our growing employment team working as an Employment Law Paralegal and is currently specialising in Protective Award Claims.
She has just completed her Law degree at the University Of Salford and has opted to gain valuable workplace experience whilst studying for her LPC at The University of Law at the same time. Her ultimate end goal is to become a practicing solicitor.
She enjoys the academic side of employment law but mainly the practical application of it in everyday life and is able to put that into practice on a day to day basis when dealing with clients.
Employment law is an area of law that deals with issues related to workers' rights and protections. I have a strong sense of social justice and I am passionate about ensuring fair treatment and equality in the workplace, I feel this is an area of law specifically suited to me.
Particular areas of employment law she likes to focus on are:
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Wrongful termination
In her spare time she enjoys socialising with family and friends.
