Joanne Jones
Joanne is a knowledgeable Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor with over 16 years experience in the sector.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP*) and as a specialist in Wills and Probate she has the proven experience and expertise our clients have come to expect.
In addition, Joanne is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly. As part of this role she assists and advise clients when making Wills to ensure they provide for their family properly. She also prepares Lasting Powers of Attorney so clients can appoint someone they trust to make decisions about their property and financial affairs or health and welfare should they become unable to do so in the future.
To gain this extra qualification and recognition Joanne has completed the Older Client Care in Practice Award. This is a qualification which demonstrates specialist client care skills and enables solicitors to uniquely advise and support older and vulnerable clients.
Members of the scheme must continuously update their knowledge with training and produce annual statements on such, so clients and their families can be assured that when working with Joanne they are in good hands.
