Conveyancing Executive

Gillian is an experienced Conveyancing Executive and is based at our Oldham office.

With a wealth of professional experience  Gillian has both UK and Australian qualifications. She is registered as a qualified Paralegal with the Institute of Paralegals.

 

Specialist Areas

Gillian’s practice focuses on handling residential conveyancing matters, particularly re-mortgages, sales and purchases.

Gillian's Legal Experience

Gillian began working in the legal profession over 35 years ago - initially as an office junior but progressing to senior secretary/office manager. She went on to specialise in conveyancing and now has over 30 years' experience in conveyancing matters.

In January 2008, Gillian emigrated to Australia during which time she worked in property management. She also gained registration with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (SA) Division and worked for a small conveyancing office near Gawler, north of Adelaide.  The experience gained abroad has helped Gillian and she is a valuable member of the residential property team and likes to advise and mentor younger members of staff.

In her spare time Gillian enjoys reading and crafts.
