Medical Negligence Paralegal
Gemma started with the firm in 2009 as a Legal Secretary in Company Commercial, quickly moving into Clinical Negligence where she has decided to pursue a career in this area of Law.
Whilst working as a secretary, Gemma began her Cilex Qualification, which will culminate in her becoming a Legal Executive. She is currently combining this with a full-time job, young family and hopes to qualify soon.
She has recently been promoted within the firm to a Paralegal which involves taking new enquiries, meeting clients, drafting witness statements, obtaining medical records and all early client liaison. Cases are then passed on to the solicitors in the team to take forward to conclusion.
In her spare time, Gemma enjoys weekends away with her family.
