Gary Hall
Litigation Solicitor
Gary is a very experienced Litigation solicitor and an integral part of our Litigation department
He has 28 years experience working as a solicitor and previously as a Director at Rothwell and Evans solicitors. He has also headed up teams as Head of Litigation Wills and Probate.
His areas of work include:
- Applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
- Contractual disputes
- Neighbour disputes
- Construction disputes
- Contentious probate – Claims under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
What he enjoys about his role is being instructed by clients at a time which is, for the majority, the most stressful period they experience, and getting good results for them
He is able to represent clients in Court.

In his spare time Gary likes spending time in the Lake District, and enjoys most sports, especially football and is a Manchester United fan.
Like most parents he is also a taxi service for a teenage son.
