Caroline Steel
Caroline has vast experience working as a legal secretary and is a key member of our care team.
It’s full circle for Caroline as she first worked for what was then Pearson Hinchliffe previously, before gaining further legal experience and then returning back to us recently.
She enjoys being part of a team that helps people find their way through what can sometimes be challenging and emotional times.
I find the work I do interesting and sometimes demanding. I am focused on Care work, which can be quite challenging when we have to deal with distressed parents, and also sometimes parents who don’t speak very good English and so we work closely with interpreters to get the right outcome.
I feel it is important to have a good, approachable relationship with clients
Her spare time is spent mostly with family. Her daughter dances for a local dance troupe and her son plays rugby for a local rugby club, so she enjoys watching them both doing that.
Caroline’s sister battled with Leukaemia as a child and so she is actively involved in raising money for Cancer Research and has taken part in a few Race for Life events over the past 10 years.
