Carley joined the employment department at Pearson in 2024, bringing added experience and enthusiasm to an already well-established professional team.
She has extensive experience in dealing with Respondent and Claimant work from tribunal litigation to advisory work. She has also dealt with several high-value Employment Tribunal claims from complex whistleblowing claims and discrimination.
Carley has a passion for the law and it is a career she has always wanted to pursue.
There is nothing more rewarding than achieving great results for my clients. I am passionate about what I do and enjoy every aspect of my job.
No day is the same and I love the eclectic mix of work that employment law invariably entails. Delivering the highest level of client service is important to me.
She has a 1st Class Degree in Law & Criminal Justice from Liverpool John Moores University.
In her spare time, she has a keen interest in going to the gym and is a busy mum of two. She is also an avid cook, loves food and is a coffee fanatic!
