Advocate in Magistrates Court, Employment & Motoring Law Solicitor

Andrew brings over 38 years of qualified experience to the firm and was previously a Partner in another local firm where he was Head of Litigation.

He employs a pragmatic approach to many of the issues which beset clients enabling a swifter solution and more cost-effective outcome. This is not always possible and cases have been pursued and defended for clients in the County Court, High Court, including Chancery Division and Tribunals.

He manages our motoring offences department and is able to represent clients in court and advise on a wide variety of motoring offences.

Andrew also has considerable experience in employment claims on behalf of both employees and employers.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys sport (more watching than participating now!) including cricket, rugby union, hill walking and skiing. He is also a member of the Catenian Association and Union Club, Ashton Under Lyne.
