Pearson Legal’s Litigation department currently act for a number of claimants and defendants in respect of property disputes.
Some of our recent cases:
Successfully representing a Claimant client against a neighbour which proceeded through to a final hearing in the Manchester High Court and concluded with our client obtaining a declaration as to the boundary in her favour and an order for costs against her neighbour in the sum of £26,000 which was recovered successfully following enforcement action being taken against the Defendant.
- Recently represented another party in proceedings in the Court of Appeal on a boundary dispute.
- Rights of way disputes including injunctive proceedings.
- Successfully representing clients in relation to claims for adverse possession.
