With Employment Tribunal hearings at record levels, this half-day free Mock Tribunal is an opportunity to see how a Tribunal operates and, more importantly, how the decisions you make in the workplace play out in a Tribunal hearing. The Mock Tribunal will be conducted by professionals with extensive experience of proceedings and will demonstrate the potential pitfalls for employers and their HR advisers.

Mock documents and witness statements will be provided in advance to delegates in order to allow the proceedings to be followed closely.

Delegates will observe the proceedings and will be able to put forward their views on the evidence and the outcome. Learning points will be provided in a discussion at the end of the Tribunal.
