It can be difficult to keep up with the new legislation affecting you and your employees so this seminar brings together both legal and accountancy professionals and is aimed at HR professionals, agency employers, business owners and anyone responsible for internal management.
Our legal experts will be looking at the implications of Brexit on your business and the consequences of unravelling 40 years of employment law.
Head of Employment Susan Mayall will discuss - Brexit and the Changing Political Landscape: The implications for employment law now affecting your business and the direction of travel for employment regulation under the new Government.
Solicitor Andrew Murray will also update you on settlement agreements going forward in employment law – with case studies.
Joining us are Stockport Accountants Booth Ainsworth. Peter Williams, director of corporate tax will be providing a refresher on EMI schemes and how recent changes have made them a key incentive for senior employees.
Whilst Dawn Foden-Smith, employment tax specialist, will discuss Personal service companies and IR35, major changes coming forward may affect you. She will also look at Agency and Employment status changes for companies and workers.
